Who can request a return

Both defective and non-defective new merchandise may qualify for a return, and we accept requests for exchanges. Make the request within 30 calendar days of receiving the parcel. A change-of-mind item must remain new, unused and in original condition. Faulty, damaged, wrongly supplied or incomplete items are considered on their facts without excluding statutory protections.

How approval works

Start with itojiyinex87@gmail.com; provide the order number, checkout email and explanation. If there is a problem with the goods, include useful photos or video and keep relevant parts and packaging. Wait for our approval and the exact return location before mailing anything; the postal contact address need not be the return destination.

The return parcel

A free prepaid label is supplied inside the original package for eligible returns by mail. Ask for assistance if it is missing or misplaced. There is no restocking fee. An exchange or replacement is subject to review and stock availability.

Money returned

After a refund is approved, we process and initiate payment back to the original method within 10 days. Your bank or card provider may need further time before the credit appears.

These arrangements do not displace consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
